What the role entails:

We are seeking a talented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and ensuring seamless CRM management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM administration, data analysis, and SQL querying. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales operations in a global context.


What you’ll do:

  • CRM Management:
    • Administer and optimize the HubSpot CRM system for the sales team.

    • Ensure data accuracy, lead management, and system integrations.

  • Data Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance metrics, pipeline, and forecasting data.

    • Generate actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Sales Process Optimization:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

    • Streamline workflows to enhance the efficiency of the sales operations.

  • Reporting and Dashboards:
    • Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports.

    • Present key metrics and trends to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.

  • SQL Querying:
    • Utilize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis from different sources

    • Contribute to database management and data warehousing initiatives.

  • Sales Enablement:
    • Support the development and implementation of sales training programs.

    • Ensure sales teams have the necessary tools and resources for success.

  • Forecasting and Planning:
    • Assist in the development of accurate and insightful revenue forecasts.

    • Collaborate with finance and sales teams to align forecasting with business goals.


Job requirements

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in a Sales Operations Analyst role within the SaaS industry.
  • Proficient in CRM administration, with specific expertise in HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience in SQL querying.
  • Familiarity with BI or/and data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Able to work CET hours. If not located in Belgium, you are open to work through an Employer of Record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a mid-size SaaS tech company with a global presence.
  • Familiarity with international sales operations, particularly in the EU and US markets
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other data protection regulations.
  • Nice to have: HubSpot Certification.
